BigBoi Boxers
The Enchanted BigBoi Boxers are magical underwear that resize to fit Carl. He puts them on after his original boxers fall apart. They raise his Constitution and let him cast Protective Shell.[1]

Protective Shell
The original boxers add two Constitution and grant level-fifteen Protective Shell. The spell costs no mana and creates a stationary barrier that lasts twenty seconds, with a thirty-hour cooldown. It blocks physical attacks but not magic or incorporeal creatures. The barrier stays where Carl casts it instead of moving with him.[2]

Upgraded properties
After an upgrade, the boxers give five Constitution, five Dexterity and five Intelligence, as well as Protective Shell. They also gain Freeballing. With only one layer covering Carl below the waist, qualifying attacks do ten percent more damage and the associated skills train twenty-five percent faster.[3]

Book 1
Dungeon Crawler Carl
Carl replaces his ruined underwear with the boxers. He later uses their Protective Shell spell during the rescue.[2]

Carl’s Doomsday Scenario
A Scroll of Upgrade selects the boxers at random, improving their stat bonuses and adding Freeballing.[3]

When an escape requires Carl to remove his magical equipment, he puts the boxers in storage with the rest of it.[4]
