Carl’s pedicure kit
The Enchanted Pedicure Kit of the Sylph contains twelve tools for caring for Carl’s feet. Using it in a safe room gives him temporary protection and improves his barefoot attacks.[1]

Benefits and conditions
The treatment lasts thirty hours, adding fifteen percent to barefoot damage and three levels to Smush. It makes Carl’s feet Unbreakable, while Celestially Nimble and Tidy warns him about traps triggered by his feet and delays them for five seconds. He must remain barefoot to keep these benefits. His feet can still hurt, and the protection does not extend to the rest of his body.[2]

Book 1
Dungeon Crawler Carl
Carl receives the kit as a Platinum Shoe reward. Imani helps with the treatment, and the benefits activate after about fifteen minutes, before she has used all twelve tools.
The treatment later keeps Carl’s feet intact even when his legs break. He repeats the foot care to renew the benefits before they expire.[3]

Book 3
The Dungeon Anarchist’s Cookbook
After the treatment wears off, a Drek bites Carl’s foot. He heals the injury and later uses the kit again.[4]
