History
Book 6
The Eye of the Bedlam Bride
Odette coerces Chaco into worshipping Dodola and striking Uzzi with the Dart. Dodola’s sponsored form is pulled into the victim. Inside Chaco’s containment, Mordecai uses Final Blow to kill that form during the brief opening.
The plan needs a living victim. An already charged puzzle-keeper cannot simply take the victim’s place. This Dart is a different artifact from the later Bolt of Ophiotaurus, which is aimed at an eye.[1]
