The Superior Fire Demon’s Hand Maiden piercing is made for a female quadruped. It offers a way to remove cursed items and protects against fire, lava and Sheol’s health drain.[1]

Fire protection and berserking
It grants immunity to natural fire and lava, resistance to fire spells, and extra fire-attack damage equal to the wearer’s Intelligence as a percentage.
Its Bitch, What? ability sends the wearer into a twenty-second fire berserk while making her invulnerable to blunt damage. She attacks indiscriminately, putting allies at risk. The ability then takes thirty hours to recharge.[1]
