Protection and bite effects
Like Mongo’s hat, it has a low-health trigger near the owner and a sixty-second protection period available once a day. It grants Heal Party Member rather than the Nemes’s Strength bonus. A fatal bite has a seventy-five percent chance to cast level-ten Raise Bootlicker on the body.[1]
