The Enchanted Toe Ring of the Splatter Skunk is a magical ring Carl wears on his right ring toe. It boosts his Strength and Powerful Strike skill without requiring him to cover his feet.[1]

Later properties
After an upgrade at the Desperado casino, the ring grants ten Strength and five levels of Powerful Strike. Those are its new total bonuses: the upgrade adds seven Strength and two skill levels to what it already provided. Carl’s total Powerful Strike reaches level thirteen.[3]

Carl wins a Scroll of Upgrade at the Desperado casino. The scroll chooses an item at random and lands on his toe ring, increasing its Strength and Powerful Strike bonuses.[3]
