Size Up potions are among the supplies Miriam leaves behind. The scene in which Carl takes them does not explain their exact effect.[1]

The Butcher’s Masquerade
Miriam leaves most of her supplies for Prepotente but allows Carl to keep a few things for helping him. Carl takes two Size Up potions from a larger stock. Prepotente later asks for five Fine Healing potions in compensation, and Carl gives them to him.[2]

Book 6
The Eye of the Bedlam Bride
When Prepotente asks to borrow the Bahamas lore book, Carl asks for half his Size Up potions in exchange. They do not complete the trade in that conversation.[3]
