Talon Strike
Talon Strike temporarily turns Carl’s kicks into slashing attacks. It lasts one second per skill level and multiplies normal kicking damage by that level. Each kick has a two-percent chance to Eviscerate, and the skill has a five-minute cooldown. According to the description, reaching level fifteen makes Eviscerate permanent.[1]
