History
Book 1
Dungeon Crawler Carl
After opening the cudgel’s box, Carl gets a wrought-iron poker from a second box. He reads the cudgel’s joke-filled description and decides that it looks sturdier than the poker.
Mordecai tells Carl that his unarmed attacks already do more damage than either weapon. The cudgel has no stated enchantment or numerical damage bonus in its introduction.[2]
