History
Book 5
The Butcher’s Masquerade
The tiara is prepared with the masquerade gifts. It doubles Donut’s reported base Charisma from 138 to 276. Other buffs take her effective charm above three hundred when she confronts Ferdinand.
The boost helps her influence Ferdinand, but a separate charm potion makes him her official minion. The tiara’s effect is also separate from the collar she loses in the battle.[2]
