Enchanted Collar Charm of the Effete Bourgeoisie
The Enchanted Collar Charm of the Effete Bourgeoisie gives Donut stat bonuses and benefits as a settlement leader. Its Snitch skill lets her call local guards to her aid.[1]

Leadership benefits
The first gem, Plain Turquoise, adds eight Dexterity and four Intelligence. It also grants level-ten Snitch, which summons five guards inside the settlement without a cooldown. Whether the guards obey depends on Donut’s leadership. Point Mongo owes her 3,592 gold in taxes every ten days.
Two later settlement gems each add two Intelligence and one Dexterity. The taxes listed with the rewards are amounts due to Donut, not confirmation that she has already collected them.[2]

History
Book 5
The Butcher’s Masquerade
Donut replaces her butterfly charm when she takes office at Point Mongo. Later settlements add more gems. During preparations for the stage performance, she uses her influence to keep permitted costume equipment, but the room’s restrictions on magic still apply.
Donut loses the collar in the final battle. Its mounted bonuses can no longer be assumed to protect her.[3]
