LitJoy reopened preorders on September 22 for a new printing of its special-edition box set for The Poppy War trilogy. The set is listed at $160, with an active Add to Cart button. LitJoy estimates shipping in summer 2027.
This is a return of a set that shipped in 2025. LitJoy’s shipping updates say the original box sets began shipping that August.
What changes in the new printing
Book one in this preorder will carry a printed digital signature from R. F. Kuang on a custom art page. LitJoy says these copies will not be hand-signed. It also says the tip-in artwork in the first book will be placed in the correct spots.
The box contains The Poppy War, The Dragon Republic, and The Burning God. Its listed features include new covers, a custom slipcase and endpapers, tip-in art, decorated page edges, and acid-free paper.
LitJoy describes this as a limited restock but does not state a print quantity. Its preorder FAQ defines summer as July through September and says estimated ship dates can change. The listing also says all sales are final. Preorders are available directly from LitJoy.
